Universal CityWalk is marking Veterans and Military Families Month with six November food and drink specials, from a galaxy-themed doughnut to a bourbon flight. Each offering honors a branch of the military or the armed forces as a whole, and the lineup spreads across six CityWalk venues.

CityWalk’s November military tribute menu
At Toothsome Chocolate Emporium, the Navy-inspired Full Sail Chicken a la King pairs chicken breast and egg noodles with a creamy velouté and roasted vegetables. The Cowfish Sushi Burger Bar’s Air Force-inspired Jalapeño Pepperjack Carrier stacks two wagyu beef patties with tomatoes, lettuce, pickled onions and Aleppo aioli on brioche.

NBC Sports Grill & Brew’s Marines-inspired Smoked Beef Brisket Bites come with tomato jam, mashed potatoes, grilled broccolini and Carolina gold barbecue sauce. At Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, the Army-inspired Frontline Chili Mac combines wagyu beef chili, cavatappi, smoked cheddar and caramelized onions. Universal says both dishes take inspiration from military meals ready to eat.

A space-themed doughnut and a bourbon flight
Voodoo Doughnut’s Space Force-inspired Event Horizon is a dark chocolate cake doughnut with white chocolate chips, galaxy-swirled topping, buttercream and decorative stars. Bigfire rounds out the six with a Horse Soldier Bourbon Flight honoring all branches; guests must be 21 or older and show valid photo ID to purchase and consume alcohol. In our view, the range is the fun part: fans can pick a full meal, a quick sweet or a drink instead of committing to one kind of CityWalk stop. Universal’s announcement did not list prices, so check with the venues for current availability and pricing.
