Fat One’s Hot Dogs & Italian Ice is now open at Universal CityWalk Orlando. The quick-service restaurant opened September 19 in the former Hot Dog Hall of Fame space, placing another fast meal option in the main pedestrian corridor between the parking hub and Universal’s two original theme parks.
The opening-day giveaway for the first 100 guests has ended. For regular visitors, the useful news is that the restaurant is serving its full hot dog, loaded fries and Italian ice lineup. Opening-day reporting from WDWNT documented the initial menu and prices; as with any new venue, selections and pricing can change.
Fat One’s Menu and Prices at Universal CityWalk
The initial menu includes five specialty hot dogs: The Fat★One ($15.99), The Brazilian ($14.99), Dirty K-Pop Dog ($10.49), Johnny’s Pizza ($12.49) and The Vegan ($13.99). Loaded Pop Fries with cheese, bacon, ranch and chives were listed at $7.49.
Italian ice is part of the concept, with blue raspberry and cotton-candy flavors listed at $6.79 on opening day. A lemon Italian ice with alcohol was listed at $13.79 for guests 21 and older with valid identification. The signature Fat★One is a footlong topped with roasted pork, pepperoni, chili beans, cheese sauce, red onion sauce and fries, so it is best approached as a filling meal rather than a quick snack.
