Fat One’s Hot Dogs & Italian Ice will officially open at Universal CityWalk Orlando at 10 a.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Co-owner and *NSYNC member Joey Fatone is scheduled to join the opening, and the first 100 guests will receive wristbands for a free hot dog served by Fatone.
The new quick-service spot replaces Hot Dog Hall of Fame, keeping hot dogs at the center of this familiar CityWalk location while introducing a different menu and brand.
