Universal Orlando’s Annual Passholder store is now operating in the former Custom Gear shop in the San Francisco area of Universal Studios Florida. The shop previously used the Brown Derby location.
The bigger attention-grabber is a reported 70% markdown on select merchandise. Inside the Magic photographed sale signs and reported that team members said qualifying items were 70% off their original marked prices. Universal Orlando has not published a detailed announcement confirming the sale, so treat the discount and inventory as an in-park report that can change without notice.
Where the Passholder Store Moved
The new location is the former Custom Gear storefront in San Francisco, between the waterfront and Hollywood sections. It is already open rather than waiting on a future launch date.

The report describes merchandise from Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, Epic Universe and Volcano Bay. Selection is the real variable: a steep markdown is only useful if the size or item you want is still available.
