Universal Orlando Resort has added limited-time Hispanic and Latino Heritage Month dishes and drinks across Universal CityWalk, Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and Epic Universe.
The lineup is spread across multiple restaurants rather than concentrated at one event booth. That makes it useful to choose a dish based on the park or CityWalk stop already in your day instead of crossing the resort for a single item.
Hispanic Heritage Month Food at Universal Orlando
- Caribbean Crunch Roll — The Cowfish: crispy shrimp, chipotle mayo, avocado, sweet and green plantains, and a crunchy plantain topping
- Birria Ramen — Lombard’s Seafood Grille: shredded beef, birria consommé, ramen noodles, a cheese quesadilla, onions, scallions, and green chile sauce
- Shrimp and Grouper Moqueca — Mythos: seafood in a smoked-paprika and turmeric broth with coconut jasmine rice, farofa crocante, and toasted coconut
- Churrasco Steak Platter — Antojitos: grilled churrasco with avocado chimichurri, rice, beans, eggs, and chiles toreados
- Margarita Doughnut — Voodoo Doughnut: a raised yeast shell with alcohol-free margarita jelly, tequila-flavored icing, and sweet TajÃn

Specialty Drinks at CityWalk, Epic Universe, and Universal Studios
The drink list reaches more locations than the food menu. The Cowfish has a togarashi-passionfruit margarita and Canchánchara; Antojitos has a Sangria-rita; Chez Alcatraz has the nonalcoholic Ay Guava!; and CelesTiki has a traditional caipirinha and El Macuá.
Alcoholic drinks require valid identification and are limited to guests age 21 or older. The Margarita Doughnut uses tequila extract rather than alcohol, according to Universal.

Where the Universal Orlando Heritage Menu Fits Best
For a no-park-ticket meal, focus on The Cowfish, Antojitos, or Voodoo Doughnut at CityWalk. Lombard’s requires Universal Studios Florida admission, Mythos requires Islands of Adventure admission, and CelesTiki is inside Epic Universe. Our CityWalk dining guide can help compare the restaurants outside the park gates.
Universal describes the items as limited-time offerings but does not give a single end date for the complete lineup. Check the official app or ask at the restaurant before making a special trip for one dish.
